When I was a teenager
my mother use to build self confidence, pride and self awareness in us
by having us stand at the mirror and tell ourselves
"I am beautiful"
"I am smart"
"I can do anything"
"I am beautiful"
So today I am telling you
You can do anything.
You are smart.
